We have some bad news to share. Many of you knew Otis Welch with Welch’s Wrecker Service in Pauls Valley. He is a long time operator in the state. He was 79 years old and has been in business, according to DPS, since 1977. He lost his battle with Cancer yesterday, January 9th. Funeral arrangement haven’t been set up yet and when we hear, we will pass the information along. Please keep Maggie and the rest of Otis’s family in your prayers in this time of loss.
